The Ones Who Lift Us

This is Sofia Diaz (http://www NULL.sofiadiaz NULL.com). She has breathed exquisite beauty into my life. She is my teacher and I love her deeply. I have known her for a little more than 10 years. She is a fierce embodiment of love and she has taught me about LOVE in a way that no other teacher has. She has spoken to me in words that already lived inside me but needed permission to sing out. She has spoken about love in ways that have cracked me wide open and cleansed me with a flood of tears. She is RADICAL in the way she loves. And I have grown from the vision she holds about HOW it is possible to love ourselves and one another.

I want to celebrate my teachers and acknowledge the great lineage of wisdom and love that has breathed such exquisite life into my own teaching.
